Help needed with the RSS feed please. Titles are truncated.

My RSS feed from Phatwallet always truncates the feed title if there is a non-alphanumeric character in the line. Any comma, apostrophe, quotation mark, or parenthesis and the title stops at that point. Example: Craftsman 6" vise would stop after the 6 . I don’t think it’s my RSS reader because all of my other feeds come thru fine with those characters. Is anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions as to where to look for a solution?
