Dollar/Thrifty Car Rental Toll Charges Class Action Settlement, Exp 07-07-2019

    Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group is accused of failing to notify customers about fees relating to their rental car.

    You may be a member of the settlement if you rented a car from Dollar or Thrifty from January 1, 2011 to January 7, 2019 and were charged a toll or PlatePass fee. This does not include fees paid to the toll authority.

    Amount depends on the class member’s proof, they may receive up to $75.

    Proof of Purchase: Dollar or Thrifty rental agreement number or city and state where the vehicle was picked up and the date in which the rental began.
