GDEX is an indie-focused video game expo that takes place in Columbus, OH. It was born out of a need for some form of spotlight for game developers in Ohio but has since grown into a showcase of independent game development across the nation. GDEX has become an event that is a hybrid of industry conferences, with professional workshops and networking opportunities, and gaming culture festivals where fans of gaming can see some of their favorite industry personalities and explore a show floor filled with games to play.
