Some are reporting that if the website URL link for the promo doesn’t say you’re eligible, you might still be offered the promo via the Amazon app. Look for the Citi banner in the middle of the front page if you’re targeted for the promo. I’m starting to suspect that each qualifying link has an unique pi for the targeted user for the offer. I personally got it on 2/3 accounts and the URL had different pi’s for each account.

I removed the pi and everything to the right of it. I’m taken to the landing page, but still don’t qualify: https://www.amazon.com/gp/adlp/citi1click?tag=phtwllt-20

They’ve offered this several times now and I only qualified once (the first offer I think), no matter what I try. I even have a Citi card on my account and 1-click disabled everywhere. No go on mobile either.
