It seems like every year they never know how to do it and have to waste time calling a manager over, and I know in the old fatwallet forums I remember someone posted directions on how they have to put it in their computer.

I cashed in last week’s $10 savings for buying a $50 gift card today and I think there was a promo ID that printed at the bottom of the certificate.

The cashier keyed that code and my receipt from today showed a very descriptive $10 discount for buying a $50 gift card. My cashier was on the younger side and no manager intervention was necessary.
