Pagination is now on by default

We have now enabled pagination by default to give PhatWallet Forums that homey feel.
It is set by default to 50 (and you cannot go higher than that in your personal preferences), but you can set it lower and you can disable it and use infiniscroll instead.
To change your settings, click on your profile icon on the upper right, go to settings, and then change the following setting as you see fit:
