Question About Fidelity Investments

I just opened a new Cash Management Account with them…I was just curious…i last had an account with them about 5 years ago and remember that with their debit card you could make a withdrawal but not a balance inquiry at an atm…
It will be awhile before i receive the card to test it but in the mean time…is there anyone her with a Fidelity Investments debit card who can test it for me at an atm and let me know? Thanks…
According to the chat guy i spoke to at Fidelity he said you can…but you can’t always go by what a rep says… LOL
Also: Are they 1 day on external ach transfers? (in and out)…
