I see 57000 points in-store only. Excludes renewals, discounts coupons. Original receipt submission must clearly show your membership ID. Mr. V, you’re probably not looking in the right place or you are a former/present Sam’s Club member. I have the offer and I live a couple of miles from you.

Fetch Rewards generally knows what places you’ve been a member of and targets their signup offers. I don’t know precisely how it works but if you’re using the same email on your former/present Sam’s Club membership as your Fetch Rewards account, that would likely be why.
