Appeals were filed on September 14, 2017, September 19, 2017, and September 22, 2017. All appeals have been dismissed and the Settlement has become final and effective.

Tier 1 payments will be mailed on January 12, 2018. We anticipate that Tier 2 payments will be mailed on or before March 9, 2018.
