Got my 2nd receipt declined for a Penn Maid “any brand” dip a couple of years ago for some reason and stopped using the app. Then a couple of weeks ago I decided to try it again with this mobile purchase offer and–surprise, surprise–no credit! Guess it’s time for me to uninstall the app for good.

Did you try contacting them through their online help request form? I had to do that for a $5 bonus mobile offer that never credited and they applied it to my account retroactively.
