Just found out that the $4 off 2 is a different coupon, not the $2 off 1 which I already used.
The $2 coupons are separate for brush and paste, at least for Safeway. The “gum protection” paste gives additional $0.50 off (don’t know why), so it was $2.52 MM for me. That messed up my first transaction a couple of days ago because my total was unexpectedly negative.

My 1st order (3 * $250) was successful, then both 2nd and 3rd got cancelled. All used the same cc but on different machine. I don’t know why.
Everything was the same for all 3 orders. There is a limit of $1500 per day as well, which may include the fees.
Bought another $450 to finish the total just under the $2000 limit, including the fees. No giftcard.com account. Used BofA credit card.

My status has “Date Issued: 07/06/2021” now.

Some Amex cards have $10 back for $50 Amazon purchase, which can be combined with this one.

It started soon after Covid19 started. Both Staples and OD stopped taking the cartridges in-store, and the recycle center (provided by Staples for shipping) is located in the worst-hit county in California.
Just received the remaining $20 reward.
When I checked last night, these 2 offers are supposed to expire tomorrow. I was about to go to Smart & Final in a couple of hours, and now the offers are gone.

Maybe you should try calling Amazon, if the promo code does not work. I know its a lot of bother, which may be not worth it. Amen, we are not in the old days, when you had to call long distance, and you would be charged! LOL
My last contact with Amazon was a complete joke. A package was supposed to be delivered by Amazon itself, to an Amazon locker, but they could not tell me where the package was. When the package finally showed up in the system, it was flagged as undeliverable and returned to Amazon.
