Wow. Looks like they are doing it mid-week from now on instead of on weekends like they used to. Glad it is back up to $3.

RE: Office Depot 8/16-8/22: 100% Back in Rewards on $29.99 DSJB 3-ply Adult Pleated Disposable Face Mask (made in China), Box of 50. Limit 5
There is also a Mastercard gift card deal going on this week at Office Depot:
Get $10 off when you buy $100 or more in Mastercard gift cards from an Office Depot/Max store.
Use your Ink Cash/Plus card for 5x points or use another card that has a bonus. You can also link your card to Dosh for 2% back, up to $10 per day; and the Payce app has Office Depot/Max too. These apps might not work for gift card purchases.

This seems like a scheme for Office Depot to sequester your money by offering a loss-leader. This should be like $6 retail.
Yes, Sears and Kmart had a similar scheme and you see where that got them.

Does it have to be a new email address/account every year, or can I alternate between two existing accounts? I’m planning on creating a second account for the next year, but I’d rather not do that indefinitely.
The discounted deal is for new customers only, so you would need a new e-mail address and use a new credit card each time you do this deal. I also put a different family member’s name on the new account, just in case one day they ask why I have 5 different Hulu accounts.
Thanks. It’s good to be prepared ahead of time. I was hoping it was like Sam’s Club where it just had to be inactive for a certain amount of time. Oh well.
To be honest with you, I don’t know How Hulu defines a new customer. You might try on an account you haven’t used for some time. It may very well work and you will have nothing to lose for trying.
I used my account the first year, and my wife’s for the 2nd year.
I will have to try that, so I don’t have To make so many new accounts. The system will let you know right away if it accepts it or. not.

They each have their own account, and are not sub-accounts? The reason I even set up sub-acct’s was years ago during Small Bus. Saturday, similar to this offer was I was getting credited for my sub’s.Yes, several of my family members have their own Serve accounts. I don’t have any experience with sub accounts for Serve. I find it interesting though that before sub accounts were offered their own offers, but now they are not.

Does buying a variable load card work with this offer? I know it works with $10 off wyb $200 but does it work with this? Does one variable load at $500 do it or do you have to buy 2? I can’t buy variable load in VT but I’d drive to NH to get variable load. I’m “cashing out” $4k in prepaid visas from Staples 2 wks ago. Much faster to cash out if they’re $500 vs. $200 cards.
No, for this particular offer variable load cards would not work. You either have to buy 2 $100 cards or 2 $50 cards or all four (if you activated both offers). Safeway sometimes has a variation of this deal that allows you to buy variable load cards, but in this particular offer you must buy the denominations specified.

Even with 5% back on grocery card its not a $10MM so does it go in HD? Does it go in Grocery?
Pretty sure these deals go in HOT DEALS. If you get 5 or 6% back on your credit card it is over a $10 MM if you buy two $100 cards. When they have a variation of this deal that allows you to buy variable load cards (which is quite often), I used to buy $500 variable cards and I was making over $30 on each card, but now since I am approaching my annual cap the credit card company imposes, I usually now only buy $100 cards to maximize the MM built-in to the offer. When you buy 2 $100 cards and get the $15 off, even after the activation fee on both cards, you still make $3.10 and since I put it on my Am Ex Blue Cash Preferred card, I make $3.10 plus another $11.81 from my credit card company.
