@lo This last offer would make sense if you had a healthy Kmart store nearby, such that you could use the points on normal household supplies or grocery items (assuming there is such a thing as healthy Kmart store), and you were a gambler at heart. Otherwise, not so much.

Green for the tallest deal post so far in 2019.

Has Sears stopped taking PayPal for online orders?
Just wondering if anyone else ran across this, or if it’s just because I was paying for an order using SYWR points for the merchandise itself, but they wouldn’t apply to the shipping (order well under $59). I was going to use PayPal for the shipping, but it doesn’t appear as a payment option…
I used to use free store pickup, but my local store is closing down and it’s no longer an option.

Lowe's "Deal Of The Day" has hit a new level of silliness
Home Depot often has worthwhile “Special Buy Of the Day” items, whereas Lowe’s “Deal Of the Day” typically looks like one randomly chosen item at a modest discount. Today (1/28/2019) it is a Lincoln Electric Auto Darkening Camo Variable Shade Brown Welding Helmet for $59, down from $89.
So, if you need a solar-powered camouflaged welding helmet (and who doesn’t?), you can save a cool $30!
While supplies last, of course. -
RE: RUMOR: Amazon may turn some closed Sears stores into Whole Foods locations
@mistercheap As long as they retain the Shop Your Way Rewards system, I’m down with it!

RE: NETFLIX plans to increase up to 18% ($11 plan rises to $13 month)
Wonder how many others with the “Standard” plan, like me, will ratchet down to the “Basic” plan, and reduce their monthly by $2?
Likely Netflix has this all calculated out, meaning bandwidth costs vs. revenue, but even so… -
RE: Swingline® Standard Staples, 1/4" Length, 210/Per Strip, 5,000/Box (35108) $1.69 @ Staples
@george2001 Hmm, who’d a thunk it? Staples at Staples! I must be on their B List; shows $4.49 for me.

RE: SYWR Points Back with Purchase Offers Thread
@briarycliffs 190+ sounds like a really high total score, more of an NBA thing than NCAA thing…so I checked past year’s championship game scores. Sure enough, nothing that high, ever. Closest were years 1978 (182), 1964 (181), 1975 (177), 1990 (176)

RE: SYWR Points Back with Purchase Offers Thread
@briarycliffs said in SYWR Points Back with Purchase Offers Thread:
Buy a Kenmore washer and/or dryer from 1/20/19 - 1/26/19 and if the final two college basketball teams have a final score that add ups to 190+ your purchase is free.
LOL, are you making this up? Wait, it’s SYW, so it’s likely true!
