Paper is $19.99 less $15 EZ Rebate. Coupon in OP takes off $3.99.
If you are sitting on a $40 Ink Recyle Reward that expires on 9/30, you can monetize $30 in rewards by doing two orders with two coupons on the paper and then spending $8 on Breakroom items like TP or Paper Towels.

The 750-sheet “ream” is $8.99 - $6.99 rebate = $2 if you need something to use up the balance coupon and have nothing else to buy.

Yes, that works too. I just cringe at paying $2 for a ream of paper.
My store has the Charmin Essentials on sale (bonus pack) for $7.99, plus the $1 printable at coupons.com, so I’m going that route.
It’s a good price (forget the total # of equiv. rolls of TP) but definitely worth $6.99 ac, so would rather go that route than over paying for a ream of paper.

Most of the reams of paper now supporting my home were free or 99 cents. At $2 I couldn’t afford as large a home.
