I filled out the rebate form earlier this week and submitted it along with a copy of my receipt dated 3/16/23. Today I received an email saying they couldn’t process my rebate because my purchase didn’t occur within the promotional period. ??? Last I knew, March 16 was still between January 1 and April 1.

Get a human by going to their Chat function on the contact us (bottom of the page.) Log in to your account first. Also, take screenshots (T&C and rebate form) in case the offer webpage disappears.
It looks like the webpage for the rebate form has already disappeared. You need to save the webpage of the Terms & Conditions page immediately, I suggest printing the webpage to a PDF file (Microsoft Print to PDF, or Chrome.) and also take picture screenshots in case customer support chat doesn’t accept PDF files.
I had to use their chat once, worked just fine.

I was going to submit but the rebate disappeared. Did a Chat and they said they will try to put it back up on the website. Last day to submit is 4/15. Not too optimistic.
