I recently went to the British Airways Bangkok Office to sort out a problem with a delayed flight. I wasn't really sure what to expect from the experience, but I ended up being somewhat ambivalent about the service. The office itself is in a central location, which was simple to locate, and the employees were generally courteous and appeared to be knowledgeable. I was welcomed immediately upon entering, and the area was tidy and well-kept. Nevertheless, the wait was longer than anticipated, despite the fact that the office wasn't particularly busy. I believe there could have been a problem with the way the employees were managing customer traffic. By the time it came to my turn, the clerk who helped me was nice enough, but I didn't get the impression they were really hearing what I said at first. I had to repeat myself multiple times before they got the exact details correct that I was trying to have arranged, which got a bit irritating.
