rebate status can be gotten by calling 800-950-9914 , as I can personally attest to.

@mrvietnam For online submission, you obviously don’t have to cut it, I made a copy.

According to the website " Note that it takes 3-4 weeks from rebate submission to rebate processing", so if after 4 weeks , there’s no update on my submission, I plan to return the product.
