It surprisingly tastes like Bacon! The bacon pieces, are very tiny though!
Thanks for the follow up. In for a pack. Pretty low risk for $2.50.

Max payout without receipts?
If I’m reading correctly, you can mail in a claim form without a claim ID and without receipts. Here are the options:
I. Soups & Mac Vouchers Settlement Award
Settlement Class Members who elect to receive a Soups & Mac Vouchers Settlement Award will receive up to two (2) vouchers for one free item from Panera’s “Soups & Mac” menu, valued for purposes of calculating settlement caps at $19 per claimant (or $9.50 per voucher) for the two vouchers. No additional purchase shall be necessary to use the Soups & Mac Vouchers Settlement Award.II. Cash Settlement Award
Settlement Class Members who elect the Cash Settlement Award will receive a cash payment up to $12. If there are not sufficient funds in the Net Cash Settlement Fund to award each Settlement Class Member $12, the Net Cash Settlement Fund shall be distributed on a pro rata basis to those Settlement Class Members electing a Cash Settlement Award. Settlement Class Members who elect a Cash Settlement Award will receive an electronic payment via PayPal, Venmo, or other electronic means.I just might go for option 1 as it seems guaranteed. And I can prove I placed an order within the time frame.

So I pretty much never order from Panera, but actually found an order email from the time period in the class action law suit. But when you go to submit a claim form, unless you have a claim ID, which I don’t, you have to print it out and mail it in. They have my email and address, so why didn’t I get a claim ID?

@my4mainecoons said in BEWARE of Rakuten cashback. I had one of their Big Fat quarterly cashback checks returned today for insufficient funds. Luckily I only lost $5:
I’ve never used Rakuten because for some reason I associate them with the loss of FW. Now I can’t even recall where that idea came from.
I hesitated to continue to use ebates (now Rakuten) after that but I’m a long-time user, I’ve had good experiences with them in general, and didn’t feel like starting over somewhere else, even for more cash back. I get my checks via Paypal and (so far) have not had any issues. I do find I have to watch the cash back that is credited more closely than before, and have to request the credit via the help screens. They usually credit it after that, and often right away.
I feel like I have to ask for credit for the vast majorities of my purchase now. Feels like it was much more automatic before. But they pretty much have never rejected me whereas other cash back sites have, so I still with them the vast majority of the time.
According to my recollection, Rakuten/Ebates bought FW and then shut it down. (Or maybe you were being sarcastic?)
Damn, I had no idea that’s what happened to FW.

You post a teaser like this, but no explanation? You could still go to Wendy’s for the treat, no purchase required.
I’m sure it’s because of the surge pricing, which they already walked back and said they weren’t doing.

I don’t pay full price for fast food so I’m definitely not paying surge pricing.

I wrote that in my OP. I grabbed a $10 Kroger GC for 10625 fetch points.

"Free" (ish) Klondike Reese's Cones at Kroger with Fetch; redeem up to 5 times.
Possibly at the other stores Kroger owns? They are regularly $9, on sale for $4 and 4000 point back with Fetch. Could be free if you redeem the Fetch points for certain gift cards. Personally I don’t consider them at 1000 points = $1 since I have no use for the gift cards that can be redeemed at that rate. Even if I consider them at about 75%, still only paid ~$1 for 8 cones worth $9 so a great deal. I also did the Smart Food 3x 1000 points when I bought 50 cent bags. So that’s a MM. So I just checked and Kroger gift cards are on sale for 10625 for 10 or close to 95% redemption rate. Of course I lose 5% by not using my Citi Custom cash there but I’d lose at least 2% no matter what. Might have to pull the trigger on that.

This is one of the better ones - https://watchseries.mx/home. You can actually download pretty high res videos from the Filemoon server, but it didn’t have all the episodes I was looking for. I found them in lower res on a different site, but I was able to use this program to download them in higher res from watchseries so it met my needs perfectly!

I think they only sell Office Depot gift cards online.
For some reason I’m not finding them easily like I was this morning, but they have Uber. They had one that had multiple gas stations. These are intriguing (https://www.officedepot.com/a/products/5916486/20-Turkey-Card/ and https://www.officedepot.com/a/products/8561775/Gingerbread-House-Gift-Card-20/) as they are seemingly just a visa so I can add it to my Amazon account. I lose the 5% from not using Amazon visa, so it’s really only saving 10% plus the Delta points I’d get from my Delta Amex. But 10% off Amazon is decent.
But they all say this at the end of the description:
This item is for promotional purposes only. This item is not for purchase. Please search “gift cards” or visit officedepot.com/giftcards to purchase gift cards.
I think these are the free gift with purchase items, not something they sell.
That’s really bizarre since it has a price and lets me add it to my cart. I see now they charge tax, so that kills the deal anyway.

Thanks. The fact that it’s not clear tells me what I needed to know.
Do you trust Woot selling something for $40 that Microsoft sells for $440? Yes I know Woot has been around forever and they are owned by Amazon but selling something for 90% off retail price would normally scream scam to me.

I usually believe the old adage, if it’s too good to be true, it probably is, but I bought Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus from this site over 5 months ago for something like $6 and I’ve had no issues. It’s more now, but you can use the coupon code from this site to save 57% off. There are a bunch of other sites offering similar deals.
It does seem to be too good to be true. Are these legit or bootleg?
It’s unclear - https://office-watch.com/2023/ultra-cheap-microsoft-office-deals-are-they-legal-and-work/
But happily keep using my $6 copy until I can’t.

@mtnagel Only Woot offers this: If you have any issues with your product key, please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible). Other organizations don’t offer this!
Well 5 months later and I haven’t had any issues, but if you want to pay more for the “woot guarantee”, feel free.
