I just got approved for 25k in IL, got the card number, CCV, and expiration right away even though the card comes later. Credit limit is $1000 till you activate the card.

I got the card back over the summer. I use USAA for most of my banking anyway so the $1,000 DD wasn’t a problem. Instant approval, $17k limit. Been using it almost exclusively except for in categories that I had 5% for like Discover’s dining out.
