The 2021 Mobil 1™ Rebate Program (“Offer”) is limited to purchases made at participating retailers listed below and excludes online purchases at Amazon.com. Purchase any Eligible Product (as defined below) from a participating retailer listed below (“Participating Retailer”) between April 1, 2021 and September 30, 2021 (the “Promotion Period”). Register online or mail original register receipt(s) from a Participating Retailer to receive a Mobil 1 Visa® Prepaid Card.

Rebate limits for each Eligible Product and product size are defined above. Valid only for individual consumers; requests from businesses, groups, clubs or organizations will not be honored. Rebates are limited to purchases made at participating retailers; excludes online purchases made at Amazon.com. Rebate is not valid on oil change services.
To receive your rebate(s):
Purchase Eligible Products from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period; and
Take a photo of your sales receipt and complete the online offer form at mobil1.us/rebate. Upload an image of your cash register receipt(s) dated during the Promotion Period from a participating retailer with Eligible Product(s) circled. All online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CST, October 7, 2021.
OR, visit mobil1.us/rebate and print the mail-in offer form. Complete your name, address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime phone number (area code included) and valid email address on the mail-in offer form; and
Mail the original receipt(s) dated during the Promotion Period from a participating retailer with Eligible Product(s) circled along with completed form, postmarked by October 7, 2021 and received by October 21, 2021 to:

If you submit an online claim, you will be able to select either a virtual or physical Visa Prepaid Card during the submission process. If you choose a virtual card, it will be sent to the email address on file. If you choose a physical card, you will receive a physical Visa Prepaid Card mailed to the address on file.
If you submit a mail-in claim that is approved, you will receive a physical Visa Prepaid Card mailed to the address on the mail-in offer form.
Rebate conditions: Rebate is valid in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and where prohibited, restricted or taxed. Eligible products can be purchased together on one (1) receipt or purchased separately and combined in one (1) envelope. Rebate limits for each eligible product and product size are defined above. Each rebate request must contain original mail-in offer form and original receipt(s) dated during the Promotion Period. Rebate eligible for in-stock items only. Limited to purchases made at participating retailers. Not valid on purchases made at non-participating retailers. Excludes online purchases made at Amazon.com. Rebate not valid on oil change services. All rebate requests must be postmarked by October 7, 2021 and received by October 21, 2021. All online submissions must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. CST, October 7, 2021. The last date for rebate claim validation is December 31, 2021.
Please allow approximately six (6) to eight (8) weeks for the delivery of the Visa Prepaid Card. Pay close attention to the expiration date of the card. Please see the Cardholder Agreement for additional terms and conditions. Valid only for individual consumers (“Participants”); requests from businesses, groups, clubs or organizations will not be honored. Cannot be combined with any offer, coupon or discount card. No requests for exchanges or cash equivalent for the Visa Prepaid Card will be considered, and no substitutions will be made. Incomplete, mechanically reproduced, altered and/or forged receipts or Offer forms of any kind, or receipts or Offer forms not obtained through authorized channels, will not be accepted. Invalid or duplicate requests above the stated limit will not be honored or returned. The return of any Visa Prepaid Cards as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of the Offer. By participating, Participants agree to be bound by these terms and the decisions of ExxonMobil (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding. Sponsor and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and vendors (collectively, “Released Parties”) are not responsible for any late or non‐delivered e‐mails, postage, or other computer‐ or communications‐related failures, caused by events beyond the reasonable control of the Released Parties. All requests become the property of Sponsor and are nonreturnable. Sponsor has no obligation to acknowledge, redeem or return requests not in compliance with these terms. This Offer may not be published in any magazine or elsewhere without Sponsor’s written permission. Trading, buying, selling or manufacturing of receipts, Offer forms, cards, or e‐prepaid cards is considered to be in violation of the terms of this Offer. Participant shall indemnify, defend and hold Sponsor and the Released Parties harmless against any and all losses, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) or any other liability, which any of them may incur or for which any of them may become liable, arising out of the wrongful or negligent acts or omissions of or alleged violations of law by Participant in connection with the Offer, including claims arising from or related to actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret or any actual or alleged violation of any other intellectual property or proprietary rights arising from or in connection with the Participant’s participation in the Offer.

I was beginning to wonder if this program had gone away. It’s back but barely.
IIRC we used to get $12 back on 5 qts and now its $5 -$10 back for full synthetic.
At least they included WM on this list.

Make sure you get this rebate in some kind of hard copy (like a card) form.
I tried using last year’s virtual card. Retail counters could not process it, when I could even access it after going through a CAPTCHA and other hurdles. Then the rebate center “lost” my record and once I was able to recover the data, the rebate had expired (six months).
