You have to get a letter from Verizon of the Class Action Settlement, or look it up in the class action suit. I didn’t qualify!

No letter from verizon.
I have had verizon for 15+ years.
That “recovery” charge is on my bill every month.
Tried to access info through the website, using last name and acct #. All I get is- my info does not match theirs.
That’s typical Verizon.

Mine was " not found" also. Then I found another bill that had a ZERO in front of the acct number. I tried that and it worked.
