It came two days ago. Its solid and the handle does not come loose. I used it in my Seafood Recipe. The chopper came in very handy! I used 2 cans of tuna and one can of salmon, and eggs, celery, artichokes, and other things. I cut up the celery, used mayo and olive oil. I will sharpen the scraper, with my whetstone sharpener, to cut the mixture better. I used a 12 oz lid from tuna fish, to cut it up even more, after I sharpened it, and folded it by 1/3, with my pliers.
