PayPal is not an option, so I signed up for Venmo. Then I got this message when I filed for the rebate:
“We could not process your rebate due to a violation of our terms of service.”
Update: Got the rebate after manual review.

Purchased the tea ($4.50), submitted the receipt, and received my Venmo within an hour.
