If you do not have a C-wire, you may be able to install this thermostat by repurposing the G-wire as a C-wire, which will cost you the ability to run the furnace fan without the furnace/AC running. Or pick up an Add-a-Wire kit to retain that ability. You have to do some rewiring at the furnace end too.
