@ronzilla They just forgot to open it. I remember one time when I called them they were not aware of it. The pg. says: Entry period between 8/4/18 and 8/5/18, 8/11/18 and 8/12/18, 8/18/18 and 8/19/18, and 8/25/18 and 8/26/18.
