    Still not working for me - still same message about the site having technical difficulties. I tried using Edge, then switched to Chrome. Same problem. Also, on the first page where you enter the country and your birthdate, there is no way to choose a country or type one in, although I was able to enter my birthdate. Am I doing something wrong???

    When it is working, the country will be filled in, or it was for me. It took me several attempts.

    Just went into the site through the link posted and got this message: “The Glassware promotion has now ended. Thank you.” Good thing I did screenshots and saved them to a Word document and also sent them a “Contact Us” message. The “Contact Us” message must have gotten through as I received an email thanking me for contacting them and an enquiry number.
