So the CAO Brazilia line is pretty good, they are strong though.
Yes, you can recover your dried cigars. Get your humi back to 65% or so humidity (try boveda packs) and put the cigars in for a few weeks. Then you can move to 70 or 72%. I keep my humidor at about 68-70%. You will want to not get too high above that esp. if you live in a climate that is warm. (I live in Austin, TX).
