This is Early Access but according to notes from the developer, if you play it in early access you’ll get to keep it permanently:
“I asked Valve to ensure that anyone that downloaded the game for free during Early Access could keep it forever, even if it transitions to being a paid title for the full release (this was a pledge I made a long time ago when Estranged: Act II first entered Early Access)”.
Estranged: Act II follows the story of a fisherman, stranded on a mysterious island during a violent storm. Little does he know his adventure has just begun, and the island is home to more than it first seems.
