CA State 2016 filed income tax not received yet (certified mail)

I mailed my CA income tax return on 10/12/17 along with my Federal tax return (also certified). I received the proof of receipt from IRS a week ago, but nothing from CA State. I checked MyFTB account and it shows 2016 status as Not Received (Not Filed). Should I allow more time or start contacting the State or Post Office to see what the problem is?
PS: I just tracked USPS online and it shows:
