You do have to assemble it, but fairly easy to do. Good commuter bicycle and the belt drive and internal gear is virtually no-maintenance.

Plus Shipping. $30 for me. They emphasize cleanliness yet they don’t put fenders on the bike to keep your clothes clean from road splashes during commuting.
Chains are more efficient and versatile but belts do have some advantages.
