Problems with MyPoints.com

I have been regularly (several times a day) having problems earning points on mypoints.com.
I’ll be watching a video when the error below occurs.

It can be resolved by reloading/refreshing the tab until I get a display that allows me to continue with the countdown from where it stopped.
(Note the images are for illistration. They are from different occurances of same error type.)
