Very true. Most radio stations here in the Los Angeles area stopped the points based contests years ago. KGGO was one of the last and the only one that actually had their own local sweeps still imbedded, as far as I know.

Anyways, I don’t have 2 million but I have a few hundred thousand to dump. Will wait until a decent local one pops up and bet the farm. Over the years on KGGO, I won a trip to Nashville to the CMA’s, several concert tickets, and most recently I won tickets to the ACM Awards in Las Vegas (March 2022). That was my last win.

Several trivia websites (example Go Country, KOBQFM, KIZFM) don’t open as I get this message “Temporarily unavailable due to non-payment of services.” Others open fine such as 93KDAY and B95. This is so weird because I was doing my daily trivia routine before I stopped to eat breakfast. And when I came back in my home office to play, then I got that message.

UPDATE: Now all of the trivia websites are getting the same message.
