correct, data is when there is no wi-fi and you want to use an app, check email, watch videos, play games. The amount depends on what you do with it. Watch a few shows or movies on data and it will use it all up. Check email occasionally, it will last all year.I can check email, check ibotta/fetch, use maps if I’m lost, etc and that 1.5 lasts about 8 months. If you only use wi-fi, the phone is fine.
