I thought it was because you hit reply with text highlighted. Are you hitting reply while you have the āreply boxā already open? I donāt know, ask the support guruās and hopefully they can figure it out. I can tell you that this doesnāt happen to me so I hope they can find the sequence of events to recreate it, then they can fix or give recommendations to avoid. Good luck!
