you qualify if you purchased any of the following Zicam products in the United States from February 15, 2011 through June 5, 2018: RapidMelts Original, RapidMelts Ultra, Oral Mist, Ultra Crystals, Liqui-Lozenges, Lozenges Ultra, Soft Chews, Medicated Fruit Drops, and Chewables (the “Products”). Proof of purchase is not required.

My husband used Zicam last year and the year before and noticed it made little if any difference in the length and symptoms of the colds for which he tried Zicam and the colds when he didn’t take Zicam. Thanks for the info on the claim.
