@connman They are so screwed up. I did the 4 question survey and had to do it twice. I watched the video twice and had to do a chat because I didn’t get the token, I uploaded a receipt (first one in a couple of months) and received an email that it was a duplicate. This time I called then to get it fixed All this happened today!!

@connman What I dislike with their new format is I can buy 5 of their products at one time and only receive one token. If I have the cashier ring them up separately and submit 5 receipts, I get 5 tokens.

I’ve always had a problem with their website loading. Very, very slow to load if at all.

Yes ,your customer is required to pay sales tax on a retail purchase . Postage stamps are subject to sales tax unless the seller is an authorized vendor of the US Government, such as a PO branch office or a satellite office located in a stationery store, etc.
