I don’t see a way to add a “missing” receipt to my rewards account. does spending even make a difference with the new program?

Talked to CSR in store, They are being trained on the “new rewards now”. He Indicated you will receive “points” for each $$ spent. No indication as to how they can be used other than they will not need to be used all at one time as the current rewards checks. CSR indicated “recycling” will be part of the new rewards. Good time for a change for me, I may be “blacklisted” I needed to call/Chat to get my Ink rewards issued. Lets just say I was stretching the rules.
