Notice
Please be sure to enter a new claim for each eligible offer.
Example: If you purchased 3 items, but the Offer Terms state 1 item and up to 3 per household, 1 new claim would be required per item.
So now that I reread this a few times, I’m don’t think separate receipts are required. I’m reading it that if I bought 4x 12 packs on one receipt, I would just upload that same receipt as 2 separate rebates (“claims”). Is that how everyone else is reading it?
I asked that question in a chat and was advised that yes, you can use the same receipt for two separate rebate claims

@mtnagel Is there a way to see a list of participating restaurants before pulling the trigger?
Costco has a list on the gift card page: https://cdn.bfldr.com/U447IH35/as/jc63wjcg6kwrv4s69t94x/Costco_inKind_Locations_1232025

RE: Staples - New Offer STARTS AGAIN April 2025 Recycle 10 ink carts at store get $25 in rewards make sure offer is activated
I swear that many of the Staples employees have no idea how the recycling program works. Just this month I was told I can only recycle 20 cartridges. I told her I can recycle as much as I want to, but understood that I would only get credit for the amount allowed on my account. Last month, the cashier combined my 30 cartridges with the technology and was reporting it as 31 pieces of technology. When I pointed it out to him, he said it wouldn’t make a difference. I insisted he correct it which he did.

Earn 3 General Depot Dollars when you recycle your ink and toner cartridges and make a qualifying minimum purchase of $10 made in the same month. Limit of 10 recycled cartridges per month.
How does a “General Depot Dollar” differ than the rewards we receive with a “regular” rewards account?
I asked the same question to the cashier who was trying to sign me up and he made it seem like they were the same as Rewards. I wonder why they call these rewards by another name. I bet you can’t use both types of rewards on the same transaction.
I found this about all of their “Dollars”:
Depot Dollars
“Depot Dollars” are coupons that can be applied for a pre-tax discount on eligible services and products and are not a gift certificate.
Each Depot Dollar issued to a Business Select Member may be redeemed at Office Depot and OfficeMax stores or online at officedepot.com to reduce the pre-tax price of a qualifying item or service by $1.
Depot Dollars cannot be redeemed on odpbusiness.com
Depot Dollars cannot be used in conjunction with Paypal or Masterpass tender types
Depot Dollars cannot be used in conjunction with a Masterpass coupon
Depot Dollars are non-refundable, non-transferrable, have no cash value and cannot be used as an account payment.
Business Select Members can view their Depot Dollars balance on the MyAccount section in their account after log in.Service Depot Dollars
Upon paid enrollment into this Program, Business Select Members will receive fifty (50) Depot Dollars (“Service Depot Dollars”). Service Depot Dollars are valid only on Print Services (excluding same-day business cards), Pack & Ship services, and Computer Setup and Repair Services.
Service Depot Dollars are issued upon enrollment into the Program, are valid for one year from the date of enrollment. and will expire on the last day of the 12th month of the first enrollment period. (For example, if a Member enrolls on April 10, the Member’s Service Depot Dollars will expire on April 30 of the following calendar year). All Service Depot Dollars in a Business Select Member’s Account that are not used within the first year will expire and will be forfeited.
Business Select Members will receive fifty (50) Service Depot Dollars on the first day of the month of each annual renewal period, if renewed. Cancelled Program accounts will not be eligible for Service Depot Dollars.General Depot Dollars
Business Select Members receive three (3) General Depot Dollars for ink or toner cartridges recycled in store (“General Depot Dollars”) when they make a qualifying $10 minimum purchase in the same month. Qualifying purchases exclude taxes, delivery fees, postage stamps, gift and prepaid cards, and purchases made with rewards/merchandise certificates/cards.
General Depot Dollars will only be issued for the first ten (10) cartridges recycled per month, for a maximum of thirty (30) General Depot Dollars issued per month per Member. Members may recycle additional cartridges, but General Depot Dollars will only be earned on the monthly limit of 10. We do not accept damaged cartridges for recycling and such cartridges shall not be eligible for General Depot Dollars.
Members may redeem General Depot Dollars in conjunction with Service Depot Dollars on eligible services listed above. General Depot dollars may also be redeemed for purchases of goods, excluding gift/prepaid cards, postage stamps, same-day business cards, Office Depot Marketplace items, subscription services or any third party provided services, including, but not limited to, home and office installations services, Managed IT as a Service, performance protection plans, trade-in services, cell phone repair, 3D printing, offsite shredding services, administrative, marketing and furniture services).
General Depot Dollars are issued monthly (on or about the 15th of the month) and will expire on the last day of the third month after issuance. (For example, General Depot Dollars issued on February 15 with expire on May 31). General Depot Dollars that are not used before expiration will be forfeited. -
