Triton (the trivia/rewards site website provider for our radio stations) must have performed a restart of their cloud based web services, which caused many stations to have logged people out, which resulted in this strange behavior, especially during the server / container restarts. Not all stations exhibited the behavior, but quite a few have had some problems after they were restarted.

As some have mentioned, mobile site and regular site logins are connected, using the same server-side cookies and session management components.

(PS: I am an IT infrastructure engineer, and architect by trade. I am just another trivia player, with advanced network and web toys in my browsers and elsewhere. I am not affiliated with Triton nor any station.) Many stations have moved away from Triton’s services due to rewards site complaints. This loss of revenue hasn’t helped them be more careful. They still produce many buggy pages, videos that repeat daily, and multiple pages now with incorrect content, titles, duplicates and the need to use mobile to complete some answers. It is usually best to complete all the videos before the trivia, using the mobile site (after getting regular site points, for max benefit, if you wish). Some trivia / videos do not present themselves until others have been completed, so complete all before the end of the daily cycle.

All the videos are accounted for on mobile or main. On Mobile, use 3 dashes to get all points, without watching anything. Some watch the videos for the points, up to 20 per set, then come back to mobile and get the next 5K points. I don’t have the time to waste, and turn on Adblocker ultimate which does the job and still gets the points. The points are really for watching the ad, not the video.
