There is no need to contact Staples. This is something that can be easily checked with the rebate center. If a rebate card has not been used/activated 30 days after the actual shipping date (not the date for the “Your Easy Rebate is in the mail!”), that can be cancelled and resent.

Use the tracking number on the rebate card at rebateshq.com to find out the rebate submission date, and then use that date for reconciliation. For this system to work properly, don’t submit more than one rebate per day, especially for the same rebate amount.

1. Please shorten the [bracket portion] of the subject line, so I can see more of the actual topic name (see picture) in my list of emails. [PhatWallet Forums] is already in the sender, so that’s redundant. Maybe something like [Thread Reply] or [New Post].
   

2. The top black bar and the “envelope” image take too much space.
   

3. Does the forum software have an option to receive only one email per thread since the last visit?!
