I submitted two receipts and both got rejected with the reason “unable to identify a qualifying purchase based on the image that you submitted.” Receipt images are sharp and each of them shows UPC codes matching items on the participating products list (https://www2.activaterewards.com/startsmart/participating_products). Did two other J&J rebate offers in 2020 without any issues. Anyone having any of their submissions rejected for the current offer?
