Christopher Birli is a seasoned professional in the commercial construction industry with over a decade of experience. In 2018, he founded Supers On Demand, Inc. a company dedicated to providing qualified superintendents to general contractors across the United States. Under his leadership, the company has completed over 750 projects and built a team of more than 100 superintendents.

Christopher, also known as Chris Birli, began his journey in superintendent procurement during the 2009 recession when he facilitated the placement of in-house superintendents to assist fellow general contractors. This experience highlighted the industry's need for a streamlined, turnkey service to supply experienced field professionals on demand. Recognizing the shortcomings of existing staffing solutions, he established Supers On Demand to address these gaps and set a new standard in construction supervision.
