everyone/anyone have you ever saw your name as a winner on the new rewards site than go down there a
only to be told that its a mistake? this happened now TWICE to me and my grandkids. first time it was for the HOME AGAIN dvd I won grandson and granddaughter won only to be told it was a mistake and than they delated numbers 11-20 from list now today it showed me and my granddaughter as winner for the krup coffee grinder once again they changed the list GUESS IF YOU DO NOT PAY TO PLAY YOU CAN NOT WIN EITHER I don’t mind so much but to do this to a 13 year old disabled boy and my granddaughter is JUST WRONG

@vickib sacbee does this so more people will enter [use more points] NOTICE they are giving less and less out[1 or 2 winners on most items] what happened to points being worth more and prizes costing less points?

@vickib grand kids did wrote them down daily and after not getting prizes they were on winners list for and told it was a mistake getting nothing
than told they won by me when I was down at sacbee I asked them to check ALL of our accounts but NEVER got the emails so never knew they won they just stopped and gave up all together

@kateivan hope they reply to you since they are not to me or others I sent email stating IF I already got WHERE are the points asked them to check my account they will see that nothing is posted but that does not really matter because 3 times my name was posted as a winner and when I went to claim i was told it was a mistake MISTAKES are all that they do IF it means points or prizes BUT somehow they manage to get points used right every time

hardly if ever do I get points for the articles that i read this is NEVER going to be fixed and I think they did NOT care

has anyone tried to use points to get movie passes? or some other prizes [some work most do not] after waiting over 15 minutes while it was processing it NEVER did plus looks like we will have to redeem each time no way to put it more than once
also looks like my points are not the same as on other site
hope someone figures out how to get online with them withOUT having to pay for the paper my grandkids play on their own accounts and so does husband hate to think we will have to pay for each one to get to play[use]

looks like anything done here with buzzpoints will NOT be credited to new site sacbee rewards
also if you don’t have a paid subscription for the email account you are using you are NOT able to redeem points for movies and most other things on new rewards site.after the 2 week free trial
we [grandkids, foster kids, neighbor hood kids who can’t afford internet ] were using this at my house as a way to earn points for movies
had to tell them sacramento bee stopped it and I am unable to pay subscription price for each of them as every email needs account, most knew something was wrong [they are smart just poor] hopefully something else comes up
