Hi! My wife and I have somehow over the years accumulated 3 AMEX Blue accounts. I think they started off as different rewards cards, then got switched over to the Blue one. Anyway, is it possible to consolidate them into one account with a combined credit limit and balance? If so, are there ramifications to our credit score? I’m thinking if they could combine the credit limits, then it wouldn’t be a negative hit, right? Or is it more valuable to have three separate accounts?

Hi, all! Not sure where to post a question like this. I just learned Verizon is ending their Smart Rewards points program on Oct 31, 2017. I have never paid much attention to it, and I have accumulated 104,000 points.

Any suggestions on how I can best use them before they disappear for the most bang for the buck? It appears that applying towards a gift card provides only a discounted price, not a “free” gift card. I don’t want to spend money to save money, in this case.
