@fvictor7 Here is a smile/happy thought for you…ever get so excited to call your radio station…call it at the cue to call only to get someone answer and it be the WRONG radio station? LOL…my only answer to the young girl was…opps…I swear I hit KOST …KROQ girl answering…no you are a little early for our call in…try back later! lol…

@fvictor7 after going on 6 surgeries on my back so far…I can sympathize. the best thing is a rotation of ice and heat a stabilizer to hold your muscles tight and i incorporate tumeric into my daily routine. I have used creams, electrical devices, stretches, exercise, acupuncture but have found - a balance of diet, not too much exercise, floating in a pool, tumeric/lemon, light massage seems to work oh and contests keep my mind off the pain too
