Might be worth noting you have to activate this offer in your Chase Pay app before making the purchase. You should see it displayed at the top of your home page when opening Chase Pay.
Works for me through the App. Charged $10, automatically added $15.

The promotion period
The promotion period is from 1:00 ET June 16, 2022 to 23:59 ET on July 13, 2022.

The $10 credit expires 365 days after it was received.
