My order arrived today. The roses are packed well and fresh. However, half of the red ones are short. They look weird with the other 36 long stemmed roses. Of course, Costco is making it right. Full refund, which really surprised me. I would have been happy with a partial refund for the 1 dozen or so that were short.

Thanks, ordered red and white for hubby! Great price. You can easily spend this much on a dozen with a high service fee and an order screw up.
