@vickib Never a word in return, I did not thing they would reply, I had more respect for Greg Sanders than that, oh well it shows how the BEE feels about us.

Sent to BEE today. I have been involved with the Sacbee contests for years, the VIP Club, Bee Buzz, now the BeeRewards.
You, the SacBee made the change to this system, it has been running for a few months and still has a lot of bugs.
I go through the questions, and category’s daily, some times I get points, some times, I do not.
Today the points for the bonus word did not show and also the points for Watch the Video’s did not post.
This a large disappointment for me as I have been a supporter of your paper for years.
Come on guys, this is your contest, for your readers, we did not ask for the change, so please
Let’s fix the problems so the members will be happy or go back to the old system that did work.You can do it Greg, please get it fixed.

This went to the BEE today.
The new Rewards Program site is a joke. Not user friendly at all. I have been attempting to access the site for 45 min, all I get is a blank screen or nothing.
Yesterday when I was in the site, it was very slow, very slow. The new site is very slow period.
Not a good product for the BEE to get readers.
A lot of long time readers, users and LOYALTY CLUB members are ready to QUIT the BEE.
I have been a long time reader, customer and club member, this new product is a joke,PLEASE FIX IT, or have more readers leave the BEE
