The $5 FreeCash will not apply to in-store purchases of Smart Sense products. They do not qualify since they are already under a different promotion (25% back on a $10 purchase). Learned the lesson the hard way. Ended up returning my items. Online orders for in-store pickup of smart sense grocery items works though.
