I use windscribe {free} and proxpn {$39 lifetime}. On my phone I use tunnel bear and got invited to proton. Both windscribe and proxpn are slow at times. Windscribe has a firewall switch that disconnects so it too won’t leak.

i’ve never had a dealer step up and say they will match costco prices. i’ll look into it.

I did decide to have the local Firestone match Costco price and they agreed. Since I get my oil change there, now they can balance and rotate too. This will make my life a lot easier. Getting tires balanced and rotated at Costco took some doing.

I didn’t see if efiles for both fed and state were included.
